RETURNS & REFUNDS 
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will gladly replace the item or offer a store credit.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier once the order has been accepted by the postal service.

ALLERGY & SKIN SENSITIVITY DISCLAIMER
Our products are made with natural oils, herbs, and essential oils. Please review the ingredient list before purchasing.

We recommend performing a 24-hour patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. 11:11 Crown Essence is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

Our products are cosmetic preparations intended to nourish the scalp and hair. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or hair loss disorder.

For medical concerns regarding hair loss, scalp conditions, pregnancy, postpartum shedding, or medications, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the postal carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.

 

Once your order has been shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, 11:11 Crown Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following:


  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Look around your delivery location
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package



We are not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
